iPhone has officially announced a folding smartphone. It’s called the iPhone Duo, and “combines the utility of two products into one.” 

The iPhone Duo was shown off during the latest Apple Event. When opened flat, Apple says that the iPhone Duo is its thinnest phone ever. It’s the largest display ever in an iPhone. When closed, the outer display is 5.4 inches. 

The iPhone Duo will start at $1,999 for the 256GB model. It'll be available on October 23, 2026.
